Phase 1 role claims opened with an account restriction

Phase 1 Discord roles became claimable through the Galxe campaign, Xai announced. The notice warned that participants could not change the connected Discord account after claiming a role, and attributed the absence of a claimable role to participation after Phase 1 had ended.
