Minting Errors and the Order of What Comes Next

Odyssey participants were trying to mint their Pioneer badges while the community awaited the Sentry node sale and mainnet progress. Pioneer badge minting failed for many people. Night Watchman treated these as two different kinds of waiting: an individual mint needed time to complete, while the project still had a sequence of steps ahead.

A creative chronicle combining project history with imagined scenes. Story events are not verification of network activity.

Odyssey participants were trying to mint their Pioneer badges while the community awaited the Sentry node sale and mainnet progress. Night Watchman wanted to know how to handle the immediate errors and where the repeated node announcements fit in the sequence.

Pioneer badge minting failed for many people. Some, seeing an unresponsive page, were ready to refresh and try again. The team advised them to let a minting attempt finish before doing that. When others complained that Sentry nodes kept coming up, the team stated the order plainly: Sentry nodes first, then mainnet, and only afterward the bridge for Final Form.

Night Watchman treated these as two different kinds of waiting: an individual mint needed time to complete, while the project still had a sequence of steps ahead. He planned to ask impatient participants to wait before retrying and to keep asking how the errors would be resolved. The advice alone did not guarantee a successful mint that day.
