Sentry testnet-to-mainnet plan

A Discord reply said a Sentry could be run on testnet first and moved to mainnet once mainnet was live. It described a migration plan dependent on a future mainnet, not a live mainnet or a completed migration.

A separate Discord message linked a basic hardware-requirements example for running 100 nodes. It was presented as an example, not as a universal minimum or an account of operator performance.
