Sentry 1.0.77: identity-verification access and operator maintenance

The January 15, 2024 Sentry update notice recommended version 1.0.77 for desktop and CLI users. Its listed changes included displaying the CLI version during startup and health checks, making the KYC URL available through the kyc command, wallet-allowlist guidance and fixes, and improved internal alerts for the challenger.

The historical instructions differentiated platforms: Windows desktop updates were described as automatic, while Mac, Linux and CLI users were told to download a new build. The notice said keys did not need reassignment and CLI operators needed to run boot-operator again. These are the release's instructions at that time, not a recommendation to install an old binary today.
