A Lunar New Year announcement carries conflicting claim dates

Xai's February 10, 2024 announcement proposed a Lunar New Year distribution for eligible Sentry Node Key holders. It specified 88 XAI for the first key and 8 XAI for each additional key. Eligibility required completed KYC and a post about XAI. These were announced conditions, not evidence that any particular holder had received tokens.

The main notice set a posting window from February 10 to February 22 and described a 30-day claiming period beginning February 24 in Hong Kong time. A follow-up message acknowledged a front-end issue that displayed some completed KYC checks as incomplete. It said a fix would follow, but referred to February 22 as the claim start.

The two messages therefore disagree on the claim start. This record preserves the discrepancy instead of treating either date as proof of when claiming actually opened. The follow-up also does not establish that the interface was already repaired. Announced eligibility, displayed verification status and completed payment remain separate observations.
