A troubleshooting record separates health checks from execution

A troubleshooting post dated March 4, 2024 reproduced a command-line operator log from March 3. The log showed successful health checks followed by an EAI_AGAIN name-resolution error while processing a challenge. The publication date of the support record and the timestamp of the logged failure are different and should not be merged.

The sequence illustrates a monitoring limitation: a successful periodic check does not guarantee that a later request will succeed. One reproduced log cannot establish a network-wide outage, quantify lost rewards or identify the final cause. Research into operator reliability should distinguish observed symptoms, incident scope and verified recovery.
