Node notice addresses unclaimed rewards before pool entry
Xai issued a notice for node users whose KYC approval had just completed in the desktop client. It instructed them to restart the node and claim accrued esXAI before staking their keys with a pool. The order matters in the notice: claiming comes before pool entry, not after it.

According to the warning, joining with unclaimed rewards would allow the pool to claim them and distribute them under its reward split, including rewards earned before joining. The notice said those distributed rewards could not be recovered. It documented a specific operational risk at the time, not a measured incident count, a token-price development or a personal support service operated by Night Ash.
