Staking-site recovery and Mac client problems are separate incidents

After users reported trouble opening the staking site, a Xai administrator acknowledged that the team was working on it at 00:07 UTC. Another administrator reported a fix at 00:49 UTC and asked the affected user to refresh the page. These messages establish a reported access problem and the team's recovery statement. They do not measure the complete outage duration, its technical cause or the experience of every user.

Later that day, a user reported that the Xai Sentry Node application would not open on a Mac. An administrator acknowledged a problem affecting some Mac users and recommended CLI operation while a client fix was pending. This was historical support guidance, not evidence that the fix had shipped or that all Mac hardware was incompatible. Website recovery and local client compatibility require separate operational checks; neither incident supports the earlier token-price or investor-position narrative.
