Throughput promotion meets a bridging campaign
Xai stated that the Ethereum ecosystem had reached a weekend record of 246 transactions per second, with over 40% taking place on its network, 1 week into Season 2. This is an attributed ecosystem-level claim. It does not mean that the entire quoted transaction rate occurred on one chain, and it does not supply the measurement interval or raw transaction data needed to reproduce the comparison.

A separate announcement described Chapter 6 as a bridging campaign: participants could earn points by bridging to Xai through Arbitrum or RelayProtocol. It said other bridges would receive quests later and that Chapter 07 would follow in 24 hours. Those latter statements describe intended next steps, not already-open quests or a completed release. Points in this announcement are not a documented cash payout or a confirmed token allocation.
The two posts link infrastructure capacity with an incentive-led onboarding effort, but they do not measure retained users, net capital inflows or fee revenue. Bridging volume and transaction count answer different questions from organic demand and bridge security. Neither post establishes the earlier price-breakdown narrative or a quantified daily loss. The research distinction is between announced activity, reproducible network measurements and independently observed economic outcomes.
