The Final Vanguard Phase and an Unannounced Surge

It was handover day for phase two of Xai Vanguard: Genesis. Phase three went live. After eight months of decline, a price line that had barely registered on the daily chart suddenly showed buyers.

It was handover day for phase two of Xai Vanguard: Genesis. Recent verification and leaderboard problems made players especially attentive to when rankings would lock and how rewards would be distributed. Sisyphus's departure post still sat in his drafts, while the market waited to see whether postelection capital would reach XAI.

Phase three went live. The phase two leaderboard was finalized that day, a snapshot was taken, and four tiers of badges were awarded by rank. The team called this the final stage: tasks were open to newcomers and returning players alike, shifting the emphasis from reposts and likes to actual in game achievements. Developers received a separate task track using tools recently brought into the ecosystem; the phase would run through January 2, 2025. That evening, XAI climbed from 0.175 to above 0.22, with trading volume at ten times its usual level. The team added only that anyone could convert XAI to esXAI and stake it in community operated pools; it gave no price target. Sisyphus deleted his draft. As he later put it, 'I didn't leave when I was down 90%; leaving when it rises wouldn't make sense.'

After eight months of decline, a price line that had barely registered on the daily chart suddenly showed buyers. For players, the tasks also moved from social media actions toward game results. The events shared a date; the narrator did not treat the launch as the cause of the rally. Badges had been awarded for the old phase, but whether the new game and developer tasks could sustain participation would depend on the experience ahead. Sisyphus had only postponed his decision to leave.
