The deployment notice separated the contract migration from the later sale. During the first phase, staking controls would close while additional keys were distributed and challenges continued. The second phase would pause challenges and restore the original pool allocations. Pool key capacity would increase by 100 while esXAI staking capacity per key would be divided by 100, preserving the denomination adjustment on both sides.
