Xai Chronicle

Distribution completion and service restoration were separate

At 00:02 UTC, Xai reported completion of the additional-key distribution but kept minting, staking and unstaking disabled during automatic pool allocation. The restoration notice followed at 03:35 UTC: pool staking was complete, staking controls reopened and challenges resumed. Reading these as separate milestones avoids mistaking the arrival of keys in a wallet for the return of the full operating service.

The completion notice also said claimable esXAI had been automatically claimed for key stakers during restaking; the displayed claimable balance then restarted from resumed challenges. That explains why a lower counter was not, by itself, evidence of a lost entitlement. Separately, the edited sale-security notice planned a 49-hour read-only period for community channels, a communication restriction rather than a chain shutdown.
