Xai reopened Discord and Telegram after the sale-period restrictions and said outstanding support tickets were being handled. Later, Soby and an administrator separately reported that the official X account was suspended. The record concerns access to communication channels; it does not establish an interruption of blockchain settlement. Soby disputed the suspension, but the notices did not establish the platform's reason for it.
