A Tower Defense Contest Meets an Old Rewards Promise

On Valentine's Day, the community was waiting for XIP-1 voting arrangements while arguing over an earlier rewards promise. The partner studio launched its new tower defense game on Xai mainnet and put up USD 5,000 in prizes for a contest open only to Sentry Key holders. The contest gave key holders a specific event to join, but it did not explain the old promise.

On Valentine's Day, the community was waiting for XIP-1 voting arrangements while arguing over an earlier rewards promise. A new game from a partner studio gave Sentry Key holders something to enter, but forum members first turned to an old claim.

The partner studio launched its new tower defense game on Xai mainnet and put up USD 5,000 in prizes for a contest open only to Sentry Key holders. On the forum, someone retrieved the promise that season two would be bigger than season one and compared it with the current allocation of 25 million tokens, asking whether the promise had been broken. Sisyphus joked about staying together with his trapped position; XAI was at $0.13.

The contest gave key holders a specific event to join, but it did not explain the old promise. The Night Watchman wanted to take part, yet understood that critics were asking about the size of the rewards, not the tower defense game. He decided to discuss those questions separately. What would count as a bigger second season remained unanswered.
