This differed from a key-holder message on May 17 that had told participants a snapshot was coming soon. The record therefore concerns a clarification of eligibility mechanics, not another announcement of an undated snapshot.

In another reply immediately afterwards, Diablo gave the end of June as the expected timing. That assurance did not provide an exact opening day or say claims had begun. For participants, the distinction was consequential: satisfying the claim requirements remained necessary even though waiting for a snapshot was no longer the stated process.
