Background: The Lost Glitches deck airdrop had just finished, but some community members still confused holding keys, qualifying for a tier, and actually claiming the reward. With fewer people answering questions over the weekend, newcomers’ questions were easily buried in older messages.
Today: The claim entry point was posted again and again, yet people still did not know where to start. The Night Watchman noticed that sending only the entry point could leave the next person stuck on the need to claim for themselves. He decided to draft a few lines covering the entry point, who it applied to, and the claim step, then ask group moderators to check them.
Impact and next steps: The repeated questions shifted the issue from finding a link to explaining the whole path through a claim. The draft had not claimed anything for anyone. The Night Watchman planned to see whether moderators would pin it, then watch which step still caused trouble.
