Sentry version 2.2.0 becomes mandatory for the GoldSky migration

Diablo, identified as an Admin, announced Sentry version 2.2.0 for both desktop and CLI operators. A companion notice said Alchemy had shut down its subgraphs and that the application was migrating to GoldSky. Operators were given a deadline before December 8, 2025; the notice warned that the existing application would stop working without the update. This made an external indexing dependency a concrete continuity requirement for node operators.

The patch instructions distinguished operating modes. Windows desktop users were to receive an automatic update, followed by a recommended Sentry Wallet restart or the Allowed wallets procedure. Mac and Linux desktop users, and CLI users, needed the latest download; CLI operators also had to rerun boot-operator. Desktop users did not need to reassign their keys. The announcement established the migration procedure and deadline, but reported no completed rollout rate or operator-by-operator uptime result.
