Resale questions and reward interruptions require different diagnoses

This answered a question about the function of an illiquid asset. It was not a buyback offer, a sale confirmation or a verification of the holder's stated quantity.

Later, raflec asked whether others were receiving staking rewards because something appeared to have stopped. IDefleqt advised checking that the pool was running. That introduced an operational question, separate from the earlier resale restriction. Without a pool identifier, account reconciliation or transaction history in that exchange, the complaint did not establish a network-wide halt in rewards or a change to the redemption rules.
