Dhruv replied to Kimasu that the project remained active, referred him to announcements and cited 2 recently submitted proposals. Submissions are a different stage from completed votes: that answer indicated proposals entering discussion, but did not establish when a ballot last closed or what it authorised. The distinction matters when assessing whether governance is producing decisions rather than just collecting suggestions.
