Recent submissions do not answer the question about completed votes
Kimasu challenged the pace of communication, saying there had been no new XAI or Ex Populus information or Medium publications since July 2025. A separate message with no identified author claimed that no proposal had been voted on since March 16, 2025. These were complaints about publication and voting activity; neither message supplied a complete publication inventory or ballot history. The unidentified message cannot be assigned to Kimasu simply because it appeared next to his post.

Dhruv replied to Kimasu that the project remained active, referred him to announcements and cited 2 recently submitted proposals. Submissions are a different stage from completed votes: that answer indicated proposals entering discussion, but did not establish when a ballot last closed or what it authorised. The distinction matters when assessing whether governance is producing decisions rather than just collecting suggestions.
