Foundation leaves proposed esXAI swaps to case-by-case consideration
Diablo posted a response signed by the Xai Foundation to Keith's proposal for esXAI holders to exchange tokens for allocations arising from future investments. The Foundation recognised the value of the idea and its potential to attract projects. It also explicitly declined to commit to providing swaps for all or any future investments or partnerships, while saying it would consider the option on a case-by-case basis. Recognition of the proposal was therefore not an entitlement to future allocations.

Keith's December 28 roadmap had made execution conditional on community approval and called for a swap interface, negotiated investment terms, identity-verification arrangements and legal and security review. The January 21 reply did not report those steps as complete. The investment question remained which individual opportunity might eventually carry defined terms and eligibility, rather than whether every esXAI holder already possessed a claim on future deals.
