Tollan Universe applies multipliers to drops and weekly missions

For Week 20, Tollan Universe said the run multiplier now affects chest drops and weekly enemy-kill totals. Weekly mission progress does not carry over between tiers: players must complete and claim a tier's reward before starting the next one. The update also said waves had been adjusted and reiterated permanent bans for bots and potentially for vulgar or offensive names.
