Tollan Universe revises weekly pool and referral terms

Tollan Universe removed the weekly pool's top-150 limit. The top 20 receive fixed shares; other qualifying players receive shares proportional to Powerboard Points, with a minimum of 100,000 points for payout.

Season 5 referrals no longer earn purchase rewards. Existing Season 4 referrals continue to earn 10% of referred purchases until the end of their original 12-month period.
