A separate Tollan Universe update specified product changes: daily missions would grant 1.5x Abstract Stamps during the first 3 days after each weekly leaderboard reset, weekly rewards could be claimed from inventory, and Magnets would drop only from Large Encampments, with a maximum of 3 per run. These were announced reward and item rules for that product, not evidence that the wider delivery concerns had been resolved.
