Xai Opens Staking and Redemption
Staking and redemption went live after a mandatory Sentry node client update prepared operators for the contract change.

On February 27, Xai released Sentry client 1.1.2 as a mandatory, breaking update and warned that older clients would stop participating in challenges. Staking and redemption then opened through the official application on Arbitrum.
esXAI holders could now choose between staking and beginning redemption under defined waiting periods and conversion ratios. For a holder seeking liquid XAI, the redemption terms determined both the amount received and how long the funds would remain unavailable.
