The Vanguard Genesis claim opened on June 30 for holders of qualifying non-transferable campaign badges. The allocation totaled 25 million XAI, claims were submitted on Xai through Raijin and the announced claim period was 180 days.
Claimed tokens followed a 30-day release schedule approved after community voting. The 180-day window governed when eligible badge holders could submit a claim, while the 30-day schedule governed release of the claimed tokens. This put the Genesis allocation approved in XIP-1 into an operational claim process.
