XIP-1 Passes and Establishes Phase-One Xai Governance
The proposal passed with 30,001,417 votes for and none against, approving phase-one DAO governance and several community allocations and initiatives.

XIP-1 closed on March 14 as passed. It established an initial governance framework using Agora, approved 25 million XAI for Genesis participants, another 25 million for continued Raijin activity and 100 million for ecosystem growth, and authorized expansion into AI initiatives.
The approved allocations separated rewards for Genesis participants, incentives for continued Raijin activity and ecosystem funding into distinct programs. Putting the vote into effect still required claim procedures and operational work on buybacks, the U.S. market, gas changes and later governance phases.
