Sixteen Days Out, Materials Gain a Clear Route

Today, with sixteen days left until the announcement, all the materials were filed. Preparation moved from having made the materials to being able to select the right ones when needed.

After the first rehearsal, the team knew it could not search for files in the middle of releasing the statement, running the demonstration, and answering questions. As the freeze progressed, everyone needed to distinguish usable versions from drafts still under discussion.
Today, with sixteen days left until the announcement, all the materials were filed. Someone noticed an older question and answer draft still at hand and suggested marking the location of the approved material on the internal checklist. The person coordinating the release organized it accordingly, giving the images, statement, and answers needed for rehearsal a clear place to retrieve them.
Preparation moved from having made the materials to being able to select the right ones when needed. An old draft could still be opened by mistake, and another rehearsal could reveal gaps between steps. The team planned to walk through the checklist again and correct any problems within the permitted scope.
