Complaints about key rewards were still circulating among node operators over the weekend. The Night Watchman had to decide what to do with two keys he had left idle. A longtime community member who kept watch, he knew that reconnecting them would also add to his daily work.
The Night Watchman put the two idle keys back on his node. Before doing so, he considered leaving them where they were rather than tying himself to more routine checks. He chose to resume running them, while separating anomalies that needed attention from ordinary messages that could wait.
