Final Form published a production thread introducing a House of Mortals preview and describing the game as nearing completion while acknowledging remaining difficulties. The team listed work across game design, UX, UI, 3D, lighting and VFX, narrative, Unity development, sound and blockchain development. This was the project's account of its workstreams, not an independently verified staffing inventory or a confirmed release date.

The team said visual work on the UI was only beginning and that polishing it was one reason more gameplay had not been shown. Further videos were expected after that work. A separate post said a prominent composer was contributing, but did not name the person. On blockchain development, the account said Ex Populus had recently hired an engineer from Mantle and attributed an unusually complex-contract assessment to that engineer. It described continuing code refactoring and several more months of preparation for scale and audits. The hiring and complexity assessment were reported by the project; the post was not an employment verification, completed security audit or proof of deployed capacity.
