Later, Xai reported distribution of the Vanguard phase 3 commemorative NFTs on mainnet, with rank-based tiers and permanent wallet binding. It said approximately 400,000 bot and cheating wallets had been excluded under its review rules. This was an organizer-reported delivery milestone, distinct from prospective product access; the excluded wallet count should not be interpreted as an independently verified count of people.
