Raijin's distribution figures shift attention from reach to conversion

In an edited post, XAI_GAMES credited Raijin with more than 1.2 million Steam wishlists, 591000 demo installs and front-page placement for 11 games. These describe different stages of distribution: expressed interest, installation and storefront exposure. They cannot be added together as a total of distinct users, and the post does not say how many installations became purchases.

These describe different stages of distribution: expressed interest, installation and storefront exposure. They cannot be added together as a total of distinct users, and the post does not say how many installations became purchases.

The same post claimed 80% retention without defining the cohort, return interval or denominator. A retention percentage without those terms cannot be compared directly with another product's daily or monthly retention. The useful follow-up is a cohort-level account of who returned and when, with incentives separated from repeat use that continued after rewards ended.

XAI_GAMES framed the strategy as building revenue-focused products that are less dependent on crypto cycles. It published no publisher fees, net revenue, margins or mechanism routing receipts to XAI holders in this post. Raijin's distribution activity is therefore a commercial research lead; its translation into recurring revenue and token-holder value remained a separate question.
